ecoSense Cleaning are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk / finance admin to help them process the payroll for our employees.
Working from London SE9 , you will manage the full payroll lifecycle from start to finish for employees based in various locations across the Country.
About the role:
Completing monthly payroll for over 1,000+ staff, including variable overtime and casual hours which is fully supported by internal systems and HR Teams
Processing new starters & making amendments as required
Responsible for back pay, sick pay, maternity & paternity calculations
Assist with reporting, producing Payslips, P45's, statutory year-end returns and P60's
Monitor email accounts daily, log and resolve payroll queries
Supporting with payroll processing Via BACS
Training colleagues on payroll procedures and best practice
RTI and pension uploads;
Liaising with HMRC for tax code changes;
Calculating and processing new starters, leavers;
Calculating deductions, statutory payments, and sick pay;
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Administrator vacancy:
Previous end to end payroll experience, gained within a fast paced environment;
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels;
The ability to work to deadlines, whilst remaining accurate.

About You:
Experience in payroll with a good understanding of PAYE, SSP, Maternity and Paternity calculations
Comfortable with high volumes of processing with the ability to maintain levels of accuracy.
