ecoSense Cleaning are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk / finance admin to help them process the payroll for our employees.
Working from London SE9 , you will manage the full payroll lifecycle from start to finish for employees based in various locations across the Country.



About the role:

  • Completing monthly payroll for over 1,000+ staff, including variable overtime and casual hours which is fully supported by internal systems and HR Teams

  • Processing new starters & making amendments as required

  • Responsible for back pay, sick pay, maternity & paternity calculations

  • Assist with reporting, producing Payslips, P45's, statutory year-end returns and P60's

  • Monitor email accounts daily, log and resolve payroll queries

  • Supporting with payroll processing Via BACS

  • Training colleagues on payroll procedures and best practice

    • RTI and pension uploads;

    • Liaising with HMRC for tax code changes;

    • Calculating and processing new starters, leavers;

    • Calculating deductions, statutory payments, and sick pay;


    Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Administrator vacancy:

    • Previous end to end payroll experience, gained within a fast paced environment;

    • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels;

    • The ability to work to deadlines, whilst remaining accurate.

  • Experience in payroll with a good understanding of PAYE, SSP, Maternity and Paternity calculations

  • Comfortable with high volumes of processing with the ability to maintain levels of accuracy.
